Ingredients:
- ½ cup Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tsp Chilly Paste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 500 gm Egg Noodles
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (minced)
- 300 gm Beef (ground)
- ½ small Onion (coarsely chopped)
- 2 tsp Cornstarch (dissolved in 4 tsp water)
- 2 Green Onions (thinly sliced)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take all the sauces, along with broth, curry powder, and chilly paste in a bowl and mix well.
- Boil the noodles in a saucepan. Drain and flip with sesame oil.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, ginger, meat, and onion for 5 minutes, or until brown in colour.
- Pour in mixed sauce, along with sugar, and get to a boil on high flame. Thereafter, cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cornstarch solution and simmer until the sauce thick. Stir occasionally.
- Place noodles on a platter and spread the meat sauce over it.
- Top with green onions.
- Serve hot.
