Ingredients:
- 1 cup Butter (softened)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- Additional Sugar (granulated)
- 180 ml frozen Lemonade Concentrate (thawed & divided)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 400°F.
- Take butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat until creamy.
- Put in eggs and whisk until foamy.
- Gradually, mix in flour along with baking soda and half of the lemonade concentrate. Blend well.
- Place teaspoonfuls of the mixture, 1½ inch apart, on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Brush the remaining lemonade concentrate over cookies and top with granulated sugar.
