Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 cup Butter (softened)
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Orange Extract
- 2 ½ cups Oats
- 330 g Butterscotch Chips
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 375°F.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Keep aside.
- Take butter along with sugars in a large bowl and beat until creamy.
- Mix in eggs, vanilla and orange extract. Blend well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and combine well.
- Put in oats and chips to the mixture. Stir.
- Place tablespoonfuls of the batter, 1 inch apart, onto the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
