Orange Salsa

Ingredients:
- 2 large Oranges (peeled & cubed)
- 1 Tomato (seeded & cubed)
- ½ Jalapeno Chili (minced)
- ½ cup Red Onion (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Orange Peel (grated)
- 1 tsp Ginger Root (minced)
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- Pinch of Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix together entire ingredients except cilantro in a large bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator for half an hour.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve chilled.
