Salmon Curry

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Salmon Streaks
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 1 large Tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds
- Fresh Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Marinate salmon streaks in lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil. Fry onions and ginger garlic paste till they turn light brown.
- Add poppy seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Mix chopped tomatoes to it.
- Now add marinated salmon steaks.
- Cook till salmon streaks are cooked.
- Adorn with chopped coriander leaves.
