Ingredients:
- 800 gms Chicken (pieces)
- 4 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 1 Cup peas
- 1/2 Cup bamboo shoots
- 1 Cup carrots (chopped)
- 4 Cups coconut milk
- 8 Basil leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix coconut milk and curry paste.
- Heat the mixture till boiling.
- Add chicken pieces.
- Cook it for few minutes.
- Add carrots and water.
- Now cook this mixture till carrots are soft.
- Add basil leaves, peas and bamboo shoots.
- Cook it for few more minutes.
- Serve with rice.
