Thai Lemon Grass Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups chicken pieces
- 4 tbsp Fish sauce
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Sliced chilli peppers
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 5 Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 Garlic flake
- 2 tbsp Lemon grass (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Spring onion
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix lime juice and fish sauce.
- Marinate the chicken pieces for 1 hour.
- Cut garlic into slices.
- Heat the oil.
- Add sliced garlic, sliced onions, thai chillies and lemon grass.
- Fry them till aromatic.
- Add marinated chicken pieces.
- Fry till colour is changed.
- Add sugar and chicken stock.
- Fry till chicken is cooked.
- Serve it with steamed jasmine rice.
