Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup chicken
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 Garlic flake (smashed)
- 3 Cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 tsp Red peppers
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut chicken into pieces.
- Peel the cucumber and cut into slices.
- Heat the oil.
- Put chicken pieces and cook till pieces are cooked.
- Add fish sauce
- Keep it aside.
- Heat the oil again.
- Now add smashed garlic and rice.
- Mix the cooked chicken to rice mixture.
- Stir it together.
- Now add soy sauce, beaten egg, pepper and sugar.
- Stir fry till rice grains are separated.
- Adorn with sliced cucumber and red peppers.
