Chicken Satay

Ingredients:
- 800 gms Chicken
- 8 Garlic flakes
- 4 tsp Coriander
- 4 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/2 Cup shoyu
- 1 Ginger
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix lime juice, chopped garlic, coriander, black pepper, ginger and brown sugar.
- Cut chicken into pieces.
- Add chicken pieces to the prepared mixture.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken pieces onto one end of satay sticks.
- Broil well.
- Serve with peanut sauce.
