Moo Satay

Ingredients:
- 400 gms Pork
- 1/4 Cup coconut cream
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon grass (chopped)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 3 tsp Ground pepper
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- Fresh cabbage
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash the pork.
- Cut it into pieces.
- Mix lemon grass and turmeric.
- Toss with the pork pieces.
- Add coriander, cumin seeds, ground pepper, coconut cream and sea salt.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Char grill the pork pieces till done.
- Serve with sauce.
