Ingredients:
- 800 gms Turi (chopped)
- 2 Large onions (chopped)
- 2 Large tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 Green chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the oil.
- Fry onions and green chillies till they turn golden brown.
- Add chopped turi, salt, corriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder.
- Cook over low heat.
- Now mix chopped tomatoes and cook them till soft.
- Cook it in a pressure cooker.
- Now mix it well.
- Turi Bhaji is ready.
