Ingredients:
- 800 gms Mutton chops
- 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 3 Onions (chopped)
- 3 Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 tbsp Curd
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 4 Bay leaves
- A few Black Cardamoms
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
- Fry chopped onions, green chillies, cumin seeds, black cardamoms, ginger-garlic paste and bay leaves till golden brown.
- Mix mutton chops and salt.
- Cook till mutton turns dry.
- Now add chopped tomatoes.
- Mix red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
- Now add curd and mix it well.
- Cook till mutton is soft.
- Teewarn is ready.
