Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 50 gms Ginger root
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 Garlic flakes
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- 3 tbsp Flour
- Lemon slices
- Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut chicken into pieces.
- Peel the garlic and ginger.
- Grate them.
- Mix grated ginger, garlic, soy sauce and salt.
- Marinate the chicken pieces for 30 minutes.
- Mix rice flour and plain flour.
- Roll each marinated piece in the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry these chicken pieces till golden brown.
- Adorn with lemon slices.
