Crab Bisque

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup crab (leg meat)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Stalks celery
- 3 Cans milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop crab meat into chunks
- Cut onion and celery stalks into dices.
- Heat the butter.
- Add onion dices and celery.
- Saute them till soft.
- Mix in milk and crab chunks.
- Cook it for 3 minutes.
- Serve with saltines.
