Dal Bhajia

Ingredients:
- 400 gms Yellow moong dal (soaked)
- 4 Green chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop the green chillies and coriander leaves
- Grind the dal.
- Add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt.
- Mix it well.
- Heat the oil.
- Take small portions of the mixture.
- Fry them over medium heat till golden in colour.
- Dal Bhajia is ready.
