Pickled Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups cooked shrimp
- 1 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 Cup lime juice
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Chives (chopped)
- Hot pepper sauce (few drops)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix oil, lime juice, chives, pepper sauce and capers.
- Add salt and shrimp.
- Keep it for cooling for 4 hrs and stir in between.
- Drain and serve.
