Octopus Gumbo

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup bacon
- 2 Cups water
- 1 pt Octopus (steamed)
- 2 Cups steamed rice
- 1 Cup tomatoes (canned)
- 1 Can okra
- 1 Cup onions (diced)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 Cup celery (diced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut bacon into dices.
- Boil it.
- Add steamed octopus, steamed rice, tomatoes, okra, onions, cayenne and celery.
- Mix it well.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Octopus Gumbo is ready.
