Oyster Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 Liter oyster, with liquor
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 2 Liters milk
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1/2 Cup parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Remove the shell from oysters.
- Drain them and store the liquor.
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- Saute oysters and remove them as the edge starts curling.
- Add milk, oyster liquor to the oysters.
- Mix salt and pepper.
- Boil this mixture.
- Now add cream and boil it again.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Oyster Soup is ready.
