Oyster Bisque

Ingredients:
- 10 tbsp Butter
- 3 Cups oysters (canned with juice)
- 1 Cup flour
- 6 Cups milk
- 1 Cup celery (dices)
- 1/2 Cup onion (slices)
- 1/2 Cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the pan over low flame.
- Melt 8 tbsp butter in the heated pan.
- Blend in flour.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add milk to the cooked mixture.
- Stir it on low flame till the mixture turns thick.
- Heat another pan and melt 2 tbsp of butter.
- Add diced celery and onions.
- Saute them till soft.
- Now add oysters and cook over medium heat till tender.
- Mix salt and pepper.
- Now add the oyster mixture to the cooked milk mixture.
- Stir in cream.
- Oyster Bisque is ready.
