Lobster Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 Pounds lobster
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 Cups cold water
- Few grains cayenne
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Remove meat from lobster.
- Cut claw meat into dice.
- Chop remaining meat.
- Cover with water.
- Cook till the stock is reduced to half.
- Strain it.
- Cook butter and flour to make a thick mixture.
- Now add strained stock to the cooked butter flour mixture.
- Add salt, cayenne, lemon juice and lobster dice.
- Lobster sauce is ready.
