Oyster Fritter

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Oysters (chopped)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups milk
- 3 Cups flour
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Instructions:
- Beat the eggs.
- Add eggs, baking powder, milk and salt in flour.
- Mix it well to make a batter.
- Stir the oyster in the batter.
- Heat the oil.
- Drop batter by tablespoonfuls in heated oil.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Oyster Fritter is ready.
