Octopus in Red Wine

Ingredients:
- 500 gms Octopus
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic flake
- 1 Cup red wine
- 200 gms Tomatoes (canned)
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop the onions.
- Mash the drained tomatoes.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry onions and crushed garlic till onions turn transparent.
- Add octopus.
- Cook over high flame for 4 minutes.
- Now add olive oil, red wine, mashed tomatoes, sea salt and black pepper to the cooked octopus.
- Cook for 40 minutes till octopus are tender.
- Octopus in Red Wine is ready.
