Shrimp Fritter

Ingredients:
- 5 Cups cooked shrimp (chopped)
- 1 Cup parsley (chopped)
- 1 Cup flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 2 Cups cocktail sauce
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix chopped shrimp with parsley.
- Keep it aside.
- Now mix flour, baking powder, egg, milk and Tabasco.
- Blend this mixture to make a batter.
- Add chopped shrimp to the batter.
- Heat the oil.
- Take small portions from this mixture and fry them till crisp.
- Serve hot.
