Shrimp Stew

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup shrimp (peeled)
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 Cup flour
- 2 Onions
- 4 Cups water
- 2 tbsp Green bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Celery (minced)
- 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut onions into dices.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir till golden brown.
- Now add diced onion to the flour mixture.
- Cook till onions turn soft.
- Add shrimp and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Stir in water.
- Now cook over medium heat till it starts boiling.
- Mix in chopped green bell pepper, celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cook the mixture over low heat for 40 minutes.
- Shrimp Stew is ready.
