It turned out really well. Added some milk and some water to make the gravy a bit thinner. No need to add flour. :) |

nice one.... i read many recipes but this one sounded the most authentic. sure enough, the result was very good too... the creamy consistency and delicate spices balance out the bitterness of the methi perfectly. it's really easy, highly recommened |
