nice.....but my humble suggestion.....when u say rice...pl say raw or boiled rice.....ll be more helpful.....isnt it.....tks....

might be the quantity of water in the jaggery mixture was less or you might have not cooked this mixture completely to make it thick enough to look like a paste.

Thanks for the recipe. I need a clarification please. I have tried in the same way but once I put it in the oil the flour gets separated. After flattening the dough with hand I have put it in oil. It got separated and couldn't make good adirasam.
