ur receipe is not traditional kerala style avial don't use tarmarind onions u vil get different taste while grinding paste coconut jeera g.chillies

This is not the original kerala avial u didn't use coconut oil while grinding the coconut u have add green chillies and jeera then only u get the original flavour of avial

ur receipe has missed one of the main ingdnts which brings flavour to it..while grinding the coconut u should add 2-3 small onions&jeera.moreover the vegetables should be cut lengthwise(2-3 inches) and not cubed.lastly u shld add coconut oil once don

This recipe is not the traditional Kerala style avial. Cooking is different in traditional style. Mango, curd, tamarind should be added to get different taste and onions are not used.

This recipe is good but it is not the traditional kerala style. No onions are used in the traditional recipe also cumin is added when coconut is grinded.
