The recipe sounds like recipe for salted lassi. I understand that for buttermilk one needs to use much less curd than what is specified. I am not sure what should be correct ratio of water to curd. Can anyone help please? |

bhai atleast you should write ki milk with curdle is butter milk or removing milk curdle and water left is butter milk

Actually this recipe gives just curd. There is more ingredients to add, in or der to get buttermilk. Like onion, chillies, curry leaves, cummin powder.

I was out of buttermilk so I made this for my cornbread. It was very good and moist. I would rate it as excellent. |
