boiling of chickn is not a nice idea,for better taste,v cud saute ginger garlic n onions 4 a mnt,half a spoon of black or white pepper will definetly enhance the taste,last bt not the least,dont forget to marinate the mixture for atleast an hour. |

if u add rice flour + flour (1:1), the momo will get soft as well as increase the taste |

U need not to add chillie or garlic. Apart from that U need not to boil the chicken. It has to be raw.
Tomato Garlic Sauce is not served with Momo.
It is made up of red chillie..edible oil and salt.If required u can add ginger garlic |
