to have actual color and taste ono pint of saffron 5 gram tarmaric powder dissolved in 200 ml of milk must be pored in whole material before final heating till the whole material starts shining |

Actually, I disagree. My husband is allergic to tomatoes so I was having a hard time finding a paneer recipe (he loves paneer. I tried this one and it actually turned out pretty good.
I used yogurt instead of cream and much less oil. Thanks. |

This recipe must be incorrect. The picture shows a red sauce, and shahi paneer is usually red, however, there are no tomatoes in the recipe. It turned out pretty bad by the time I realized it was missing tomatoes. |
