The recipe tasted great, but definitely should be spicier. I suggest using double/triple the chilli powder in the recipe.

Great recipe it won the best curry on the night award out of 4 curries. I doubled the marinating mix to really soak the fish and get the flavors through it. Will definitely use this recipe again it worked well with the fresh Rockling.
