can you substitiute honey with sugar as honey is said get toxic under high temperatures. can a little oats, corn flakes, bajra etc be added ?

Can you please guide me the right quantity of yeast usage that is for both fresh and dry form . I also need a recipe that has very low calorie and has a shelf life of 3 to 4 days .
