If you have to steam the momos in a pressure cooker, do not put the whistle on and steam on medium flame for 20 minutes. |

Thanks for the recipe. But just want to clear your facts. It's not a Chinese recipe but a Tibetan. In China momos are made differently and are called dumplings and not momos. Momos are very popular in north eastern region of India. |

idils stand is prefect apply few drop of oil in stand & then put for 10 min only. Perfect momos are made, I made this sunday |
