I simply take some decoction, add half teaspoon sugar and a mug of cold milk & stir.

Instead of adding hot water and then refrigerating it,one can simply blend instant coffee,sugar,cold milk,bru ice caffecino(optional,as it helps in forming extra foam and add to taste)and ice cube.Chilled instant Cold coffee is ready to serve.
