I baked this cake and the cake raised while baking but when cooling it came down. The spongy texture has gone after cooling . why has this happened? pls help me out.

I baked this cake and the cake did not rise at all. I used all the ingredients as listed. And the colour of the cake was brown instead of Black?

Is is ok if i put it in microwave to bake in 750 Watt power. Because i dont have high, low or midium mode in my microwave.
