This recipe is not at all authenic..I reviewed just this recipe to see if this website was itig it properly...but was disappointed...You should know none of the Kashmiri dishes have Onion in them.........:( |

the write up is good, and well explained, this reciepe was prepared by me for my guests of around 30 people, with 5kg potatoes, and 1kg of dhai ,it was excelent, and was finished before all, the other dinner items were wasted.

Great recipe. Was doubtful about cooking the milk and the fine curds together but the dish turned out really great. also added cashew paste to the gravy.
