The Universidad Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP) or Popular Autonomous University of Puebla State is a renowned higher education Institute of Mexico. It is a private university run by catholic management. It was founded in 1973 at ex-hacienda La Noria by a group of people including teachers and students of Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla (BUAP or Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla), after breaking up with the organization. It has moved to a new location now - Puebla. The primary motive of the university is to serve the members of the community. The university which offers a number of accredited educational programs is famous for its academic excellence. The university is highly committed to its social and cultural responsibilities. For admission to a medical course, candidates should have at least an average of 8 points in the grade scale and should be less than 23 years of age.

Tuition Fees
Tuition fees for international students are as given below:
Graduate - 0-1000 USD
Postgraduate - 1000-2500 USD
